Professional responsible for supervising and managing preventive and corrective fleet maintenance, coordinating teams and optimizing resources.

**Description:**
\- Supervise fleet maintenance activities, ensuring execution of preventive and corrective maintenance;
\- Monitor and control vehicle washing, lubrication, and refueling services, managing consumption indicators (e.g., average fuel consumption);
\- Manage fleet tire control and lifecycle;
\- Coordinate the maintenance team—including mechanics, electricians, and tire technicians—assigning tasks and monitoring performance;
\- Manage external suppliers responsible for maintenance and repair services;
\- Monitor vehicle checklists, ensuring proper recording and handling of incidents;
\- Control maintenance costs, seeking resource optimization and expense reduction;
\- Monitor fleet operational availability, ensuring maximum vehicle efficiency;
\- Develop and monitor maintenance and fleet performance indicators, proposing continuous improvement actions;
\- Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates in the integrated management system.
**Requirements:**
Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields;
Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite and management systems);
Driver's license category B;
Experience in heavy-duty fleet maintenance management;
Experience in leading maintenance teams;
Compensation: starting from R$5\.000,00 per month
