Responsibilities and Duties **In this team, you will have the opportunity to:** Request and plan purchases of parts, products, materials, services, supplies, and equipment; Control preventive and corrective maintenance plans; Open and close maintenance service orders in the system; Control budgets and contracts according to the preventive maintenance schedule; Prepare and update managerial reports; Manage third-party contractors and suppliers for repair, renovation, and construction services at company units; Receive, verify, and register service provider invoices for posting and payment; Support monitoring of deadlines and execution of preventive maintenance tasks.
