Prevent losses and damages **Job Description:** The Grocery Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating grocery department activities, ensuring organization, product supply and display, as well as maintaining high-quality customer service and achieving company-established targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead, guide, and monitor the department team * Ensure correct replenishment of shelves and promotional islands * Monitor product expiration dates (FIFO/FEFO) * Track sales, loss, and stock-out indicators * Place merchandise orders with the procurement department * Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and pricing of products * Prevent losses and damages * Support customer service by addressing inquiries and complaints * Ensure compliance with internal policies and company procedures **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in supermarket retail (leadership experience preferred) * Knowledge of inventory management and product display * Skills in team leadership and organization **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity * Strong communication skills * Leadership * Organization * Results orientation Salary: R$1.518,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
