Buyer Job Description Role: Analysis of product consumption vs. physical inventory vs. system inventory + future sales forecasting; negotiations aimed at cost reduction, systemic control and purchase orders subject to manager approval, budget preparation, procurement, establishment of partnerships and supply agreements, control of material and input inventory – ensuring proper stock replenishment, knowledge of taxes applicable to purchases, efficiency and compliance – preventing stockouts. Indirect procurement: procurement of packaging, tires, vehicle insurance, freight quotations, and development of procedures for the relevant area, creation of tools for tracking expenses and savings. Focus on optimizing company resources, striving to achieve flawless, error-free, and waste-free results.
