Job Summary: Will work in the aesthetics field performing laser hair removal procedures, client assessments, guidance, and follow-up, as well as sales and material management. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure quality and strictly follow rigorous protocols Will work in the aesthetics field delivering safe and efficient laser hair removal procedures to our clients. * Perform technical laser hair removal procedures; * Conduct client assessments; * Provide guidance and clarify questions regarding our laser hair removal service; * Document client sessions in the system, recording parameters used and treatment-related information in the electronic medical record; * Monitor and address complications or client questions regarding treatment outcomes, providing assistance and clarification to clients, as well as handling associated administrative processes; * Sell and resell laser hair removal packages (online and/or in-person) and collect payments according to commercial policy; * Request and manage materials and supplies required for clinical procedures; * Organize and sanitize the procedure room and equipment used; * Be responsible for following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and company-established protocols; * Maintain and correctly operate (per usage protocols) the laser machine, verify proper functionality, and perform preventive maintenance on all equipment under their responsibility; * Inform all clients about the NPS survey, encouraging feedback to continuously improve our customer relationships. **Requirements and Qualifications:** A higher education degree in Aesthetics and Cosmetics or Biomedicine is required. * Aesthetician (must hold an active CRBM or CNBP license) * Biomedical professional (must hold an active CRBM license with Aesthetics specialization, or a postgraduate degree in Esthetic Biomedicine with CRBM authorization) * Responsibilities: Client assessment, client service, laser application for hair removal, selling our hair removal packages, achieving sales targets. * Availability to work weekends on a rotating schedule. **Additional Information:** What we offer: * Fixed salary of R$ 2935.00 + bonuses for achieved targets; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Discount partnership with Zenklub – (online emotional health platform); * Day Off – (one day off during the employee’s birthday month); * Educational partnerships with universities and language courses; * Life insurance. * Wellhube Compensation: R$2.935.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
