Continuous improvement and productivity gains **Job Summary** Lead the Planning area in industrial construction projects, responsible for structuring, controlling, and monitoring the physical schedule of the project, ensuring predictability, adherence to deadlines, and alignment among execution fronts. The professional must have strong field interface, strategic vision, and focus on performance and productivity. **Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the Planning team on-site. * Support managers and coordinators in schedule and cost control. * Ensure quality and reliability of physical\-financial data through management reports. * Supervise the implementation and maintenance of Planning and Cost Control processes. * Participate in short-, medium-, and long-term strategic meetings. * Develop and standardize procedures, methods, and processes aimed at continuous improvement and productivity gains. * Conduct training and monitor the technical development of the team. **Education and Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Solid experience in Planning and Cost Control in construction projects. * Experience in leadership and technical team development. * Knowledge of process management, management reporting, and standardization. * Postgraduate degree preferred. **Competencies** * Strategic and systemic vision. * Analytical ability and focus on indicators. * Leadership and people development skills. * Organization and results orientation. * Clear communication and collaborative attitude. **Benefits** * 13th Invoice * Debit Note (ND – fixed amount for expense allowance) * 30 days of vacation within the contractual period * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Meritocracy Program * Field Day Off * Housing * Transportation **Diversity \& Inclusion** We value diversity and encourage applications from People with Disabilities (PWD).
