If you live on Instagram/TikTok, possess a refined aesthetic eye, and want to learn business by shadowing the CEO at every step (from strategy to operations), this role is for you. **Your mission is clear:** Transform the CEO’s daily routine into magnetic content, humanizing the brand and building authority. Responsibilities: * **Real-Time Coverage:** Accompany the CEO during meetings, site visits, trips, and events to capture spontaneous and strategic content. * **Content Creation:** Record and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) with emphasis on storytelling and trends. * **Community Management:** Support engagement with followers—filtering business opportunities and responding to comments in the CEO’s voice. * **Trend Curation:** Monitor trending topics across social platforms and rapidly adapt them to the company’s context. * **Behind-the-Scenes:** Showcase the executive lifestyle, day-to-day operations in Rio das Ostras, and the challenges of construction regularization—presented lightly and engagingly. Requirements: * **Director’s Eye:** Ability to frame compelling video shots and identify what is “post-worthy” (even in ordinary situations). * **Tool Proficiency:** Agile mobile editing (CapCut, InShot, Canva) and full mastery of Instagram and TikTok tools. * **Availability & Energy:** Dynamic profile capable of keeping pace with the CEO’s schedule (including events or agendas extending into the evening). * **Reside in Macaé or Rio das Ostras.** Bonus if... * You are currently studying Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Design, or other creative fields. * You already have a video portfolio (even personal or from smaller projects). * You are discreet yet proactive (knowing when to film and when to simply observe).
