Join us in driving this transformation! **Work Location:** Miguel Pereira, RJ (Iguá Rio de Janeiro S.A.) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify customer needs through in-person or channel-based communication, resolving inquiries and addressing issues of varying complexity to ensure proper customer guidance and support business continuity; * Open and close customer service requests via Service Orders (SOs), as well as process SO closures for inspections of suspended connections, ensuring necessary services remain up-to-date; * Assess feasibility of requested services by analyzing existing billing records, approving or requesting approval for service delivery according to need; * Make and receive calls, provide guidance, and conduct negotiations with customers and collection agents, including negotiating debt settlement options for payment in accordance with company-established rules; * Receive and forward extrajudicial notices to customers as needed, recording required information; * Receive and forward correspondence and documents, organize, archive, type, and update various documents related to the area; * Support updating contact information in the customer portfolio and/or public agencies database; * Cover colleagues’ vacation periods. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in customer service; * Availability to work in Miguel Pereira when required; * Valid and permanent driver’s license (Category B) preferred.
