Your responsibilities will include: Customer Service: Serving as the frontline for in-person and WhatsApp-based support, answering questions and assisting our customers. Collections and Recovery: Making proactive outreach and negotiating outstanding balances via system (strong verbal reasoning and writing skills required). Administrative Routine: Updating spreadsheets, organizing database entries in the system, and supporting the team. What we expect from you: Currently enrolled in Administration or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (basic/intermediate Excel and Word are essential). Comfort with technology (WhatsApp Web, CRM/systems). Strong verbal and written communication skills (critical for customer service and collections). Proactive and organized personality. What we offer: Internship stipend: BRL 811.60.
