We are certain that, day after day, we are building the future we desire—and this future is reflected in our purpose: **building dreams that transform the world.** Join us as **\#GreenBlood!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage field operations and document control for construction projects; * Provide technical guidance on procedures for preserving life and physical integrity of all company employees, implementing accident and occupational disease prevention/mitigation measures. * Ensure guidance on all applicable legal requirements for company processes, generating evidence to demonstrate their implementation. Monitor updates to current legislation specific to locations where projects are carried out. * Develop, assess, and revise supporting tools for the proper functioning of the SSMA Management System by implementing all operational and management tools comprising it. * Conduct inspections to identify hazards, assess risks, and propose preventive and corrective actions; * Support budget management for the procurement and distribution of PPE, verifying equipment effectiveness, durability, and proper usage methods; * Act as a multiplier for area-specific training programs to enhance the technical knowledge of other team members; * Support the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA); * Accident analysis and investigation techniques; * Monitor audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety; * Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (M.T.E); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); * Experience in the civil construction sector; **Desired Competencies:** * Experience as an Occupational Safety Technician in residential construction projects; **Additional Information What You’ll Get?** * Market-competitive salary; * **Meals:** Flexible Meal Voucher (VR); * **Health and Well-being:** Health insurance and dental plan; * **Mobility:** Transportation allowance; * **Physical Activity Incentive:** TotalPass; * **Discounts with Partner Companies:** Allya; * **Work Modality:** 100% in-person; * **Benefits:** As per the collective labor agreement; * **SER Green Blood Benefits:** Beyond our Green Blood identity, we offer an exclusive benefits package just for our team; * And much more!
