




Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing weighing, filling, labeling, and cartoning processes; assembling machinery; and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the production line, ensuring quality and safety standards. Preparation and organization of production lines Responsibilities and Duties: * Perform weighing, filling, labeling, and cartoning processes in accordance with the specific Work Instructions (WIs) for each department; * Assemble and disassemble machinery according to WI guidelines; * Prepare the production line for operation of new batches and products, as specified in the WIs; * Clean machinery, equipment, utensils, workbenches, and shelves in the department, following instructions defined in the WIs; * Maintain production lines organized and clean throughout the entire process; * Verify quality parameters such as taste, consistency, appearance, density, weight, and label artwork, ensuring compliance with WIs; * Complete and keep quality and productivity records updated; * Fully comply with company-established safety regulations; * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all stages of work; * Perform other tasks assigned to the department, whenever requested. Requirements and Qualifications: \* Completed high school education; \* Knowledge of GMP and production order completion; \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
