Our values drive us: respect, collaborative spirit, initiative, discipline, commitment, organization, and innovation. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Valid driver’s license category B or D. * Proven experience operating tractors and agricultural equipment. * Experience in farm, field, or rural routines. * Experience in animal husbandry is a plus. **Main Responsibilities** * **Operate tractors and agricultural equipment** safely and carefully during daily farm operations. * **Support field activities**, such as transporting materials, preparing areas, and performing simple maintenance. * Assist with animal husbandry, feeding, and daily care as needed. * **Fill feed troughs** and contribute to organizing breeding areas. * **Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of farm environments**, stables, corrals, and outdoor areas. * Ensure proper use, maintenance, and cleaning of tractors and equipment. * Perform basic inspections and support preventive maintenance. * Report any irregularities, malfunctions, or risks identified during work. * Comply with safety regulations, good practices, and correct use of PPE. * Collaborate on other farm tasks as directed by leadership. **Why Join Us** At Vilarejo, we believe, act, and achieve!
