Job Summary:
A professional responsible for in-person and telephone patient service, appointment scheduling, document organization, and administrative support in a medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient, companion, and internal staff service.
2. Appointment scheduling and confirmation for consultations, examinations, and procedures.
3. Administrative support to medical and nursing teams.
In-person and telephone service to patients, companions, and internal staff;
Scheduling and confirmation of consultations, examinations, and procedures;
Filling out, verifying, and organizing patient registration forms and medical records;
Entering information into the system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality;
Providing initial guidance to patients regarding internal workflows, schedules, and regulations;
Providing administrative support to medical and nursing teams as needed;
Reception organization, document control, and internal referrals.
**Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
