Apply today!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in the development of construction planning and scheduling, monitor and control execution sequences to optimize timelines and costs for the organization while ensuring service quality; * Support immediate supervisors on matters related to your area of expertise, identifying and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted; * Monitor, together with the Project Manager, procurement activities and other services to support programming and/or joint revision of the executive project, contributing to the smooth flow of activities and achievement of established goals; prepare monitoring spreadsheets and quantitative/input reports, forecasted and actual costs, physical-financial progress schedules, keep data and information about the project updated, flag any issues identified, and provide decision-making support to managers and directors; * Prepare managerial reports and present them to senior management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Knowledge of Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is desirable; * Experience in civil construction is required; * Active CREA registration. **Additional Information** **Our benefits include:** * Meal voucher; * Food voucher; * Life insurance; * Transportation voucher or parking space (subject to eligibility). **Upholding our "Passarelli Way" and the well-being of all Passarelli professionals, we also offer:** * Totalpass (access to gyms, psychologists, and nutritionists); * Birth gift basket; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Development journey through the Talent Academy; * Exclusive monthly talks for our team on various self-care topics; * Therapeutic support; * Access to a development platform for all team members.
