We are selecting healthcare professionals with a vocation for teaching to join our team of technical instructors. If you have clinical experience and wish to train the next generation of nursing technicians, this is the place for you! **Location** * Positions available at the following units: **Brotas** and **Cajazeiras** (Salvador/BA). * *Preferred: easy access to or residence near these locations.* **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver theoretical and practical (laboratory) classes for the Nursing Technician course. * Instruct on technical procedures (e.g., medication administration, wound dressings, vital signs), in accordance with ANVISA and COFEN protocols. * Guide students on professional ethics and humanized patient care. * Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. * Encourage the use of active learning methodologies in the classroom. **Required Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with active registration at **COREN-BA**. * **Experience:** Practical experience in hospital or outpatient settings, and **prior teaching experience**, training delivery, or preceptorship. * **Skills:** Proficiency in clinical techniques, strong oral communication skills, and pedagogical patience. * **Profile:** Organized, punctual, motivating, ethically grounded, detail-oriented, and committed to training future professionals. * **Must hold a CNPJ** (MEI) **Preferred Qualifications** * Specialization (Postgraduate degree) in areas such as ICU, Emergency and Urgent Care, Operating Room, or Health Education. * Experience with realistic simulation or health education methodologies. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly class rate. * Laboratory infrastructure for practical classes. * Opportunity for direct impact on the local community.
