Our focus is on premium buffet-by-weight offerings, renowned for exceptional quality and an extensive variety of dishes—delivering one of the city’s finest gastronomic experiences. Our story began in 1997 in a small roasted chicken shop located in the Alto da Serra neighborhood of Petrópolis. Over time, the owner noticed strong customer demand for side dishes such as chicken salad, farofa, and mayonnaise—items that quickly became customer favorites. This led us to open a small buffet-by-weight restaurant. In 2002, we inaugurated a new unit in the city center, achieving immediate success thanks to our outstanding quality and service—firmly winning the preference of Petrópolis residents and now also of tourists. Another unit opened in 2004, located in the heart of the city on one of Petrópolis’s most traditional and prestigious streets: Rua 16 de Março. After years of excellent service and delivering one of the city’s top gastronomic experiences, we launched a new unit in Itaipava at the beginning of 2021, offering an all-you-can-eat snack and Japanese food buffet, as well as a delicious à la carte menu served during evening hours. In 2023, we inaugurated yet another unit in Botafogo\-Humaitá, bringing our full quality and expertise to Rio de Janeiro.
