High potential for permanent hiring **RECRUITER (SENIOR ANALYST)** Temporary position – **6 months**, with **high potential for permanent hiring** **Salary:** To be discussed **Work Schedule:** 3 days on / 2 days off (adjustable based on business needs) **Location:** Santa Rita, Nova Iguaçu / RJ **Coverage Area:** Entire state of Rio de Janeiro **Responsibilities:** * Leading nationwide recruitment and selection processes, managing high volumes * Utilizing attraction tools, candidate screening, and digital platforms * Conducting selection processes for various departments and levels, including remotely * Providing consultative support to managers, assisting in defining candidate profiles, attraction strategies, and decision-making **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related fields * Dynamism, initiative, and strong communication skills * Planning, organization, control, and confidentiality * Strong interpersonal skills **Expected Profile:** * Consultative mindset * Autonomy and organizational skills * Clear communication and professional demeanor Employment Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 180 days Compensation: R$5.000,00 - R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
