Metalúrgica Mor \| Barra do Piraí \- RJ \| On-site Job Description * Contribute to compliance with ISO 9001 standard requirements (items 4\.2\.3, 4\.2\.4 and 6\.2\) * Contribute to compliance with necessary trainings· * Ensure adherence to company procedures, rules, and values· * Guarantee the accuracy of disseminated information· * Contribute to positive interactions with all company stakeholders * Organize company parties and other events to promote good interaction Responsibilities and duties * Receive and register training requests in the system * Organize training locations, preparing all necessary resources for instructors and participants * Maintain up-to-date records * Monitor training schedules * Issue certificates * Follow up and support effectiveness evaluation controls * Register, monitor, and follow up performance evaluations and PDIs when necessary * Assist in management activities * Arrange additional snack, lunch, and dinner orders * Enter data for indicator calculations * Disseminate announcements * Promote internal communication activities * Assist in organizing and executing MOR events * Conduct onboarding for new employees * Conduct voting for compensation adjustments when applicable.
