The professional will support all activities within the HR department, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities * Conduct recruitment and selection of candidates * Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes * Organize and archive employee documents * Assist in preparing reports and spreadsheets * Manage daily department operations, including responding to emails, organizing internal events, etc. * Handle institutional communication with employees * Develop and implement awareness and/or visibility campaigns on various topics * Participate in department meetings and training sessions Requirements * Degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields * Prior experience in Human Resources * Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and Google Drive * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient written Portuguese adhering to formal language standards * Organizational skills, proactivity, and sense of priority * Responsibility, commitment, and reliability
