A labor outsourcing company is seeking a General Services Supervisor in Rio de Janeiro (South Zone). Kiargos is a company specialized in technology and innovation solutions. We offer services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and guide the general services, cleaning, and maintenance team. Assign tasks and monitor the execution of daily activities. Manage team work schedules, days off, absences, and substitutions. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of facilities. Monitor proper use of materials, equipment, and PPEs. Request and manage cleaning supplies and operational consumables. Conduct periodic inspections across departments to verify cleaning and maintenance standards. Train and instruct employees on internal procedures and regulations. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and operational best practices. Prepare reports and record incidents related to the team and activities. Resolve conflicts and provide operational support to the team. Maintain alignment with supervision, administration, and clients as needed. Monitor service quality and propose process improvements. Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Maintenance Coordinator, Team Leader for Services, or General Services Leader may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
