Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Monitor fuel, oil, and lubricant consumption. Inspect engines, pumps, generators, and hydraulic systems. Lead the engine room team. Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations. Identify and resolve mechanical failures. Record technical and operational information. Monitor equipment repairs and tests. Assist in vessel operations during voyages. Previous experience as Machinery Supervisor, Operations Manager, Machinery Coordinator, or Production Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
