We are looking for a qualified professional to work as a **Milling Operator** on our team. If you have experience operating machining equipment and seek a dynamic work environment with growth opportunities, this position may be right for you! **Available Shifts:** * 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. * 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Perform welding on metal parts and components according to technical drawings and project specifications; * Prepare materials and adjust welding machines and equipment (MIG, TIG, Shielded Metal Arc, etc.); * Finish welds, including grinding and visual quality inspection; * Repair machined parts and metal structures; * Interpret mechanical drawings and welding symbols; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the process; * Support the machining department in assemblies and adjustments when required. **Requirements:** * **Proven experience** as a welder, preferably in machining or metallurgical companies; * **Technical knowledge** of MIG/MAG, TIG, and Shielded Metal Arc welding; * **Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings**; * Knowledge of **material types (carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum)**; * Professional training course in welding or industrial mechanics is desirable; * Strong professional demeanor, responsibility, and teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience welding precision parts; * Knowledge of industrial machining and assembly processes; * Valid NR-33 and NR-35 certifications. **Benefits:** * On-site meal * Transportation allowance Job Type: Permanent CLT, Intermittent (freelance) Compensation: R$2,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
