**Job Opening: Risk Supervisor – Logistics** **Location:** Duque de Caxias – RJ **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Key Responsibilities** * **Monitor operational and fleet risks**, identifying potential threats and anticipating issues; * **Prevent thefts, robberies, and incidents** during transportation and warehousing operations; * Analyze risk indicators and prepare **managerial reports with action proposals;** * **Develop, implement, and supervise risk management procedures**, standards, and mitigation policies; * **Monitor and operate tracking, telematics, and surveillance systems;** * **Train and coach drivers and operational staff** on safety practices, preventive behavior, and use of risk-related technologies; * **Manage cargo damage and incident events**, investigating root causes, proposing corrective actions, and preventing recurrence; Control and monitor all transportation documentation such as **CTe, MDF\-e, CIOT, endorsements, insurance policies**, ensuring legal compliance; Collaborate with internal departments and clients to resolve incidents and improve processes; **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields**; * Prior experience in **risk management, loss prevention, or security within transportation/logistics operations**; * Knowledge of cargo tracking systems, telematics, WMS, or transportation management systems; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel)**; Analytical ability and experience with **performance indicators (KPIs)**; * Proactive profile, strong interpersonal skills, and **communication skills;** * Knowledge of insurance legislation and policies is desirable Salary and Benefits: * R$ 3\.045,00 * Transportation Allowance (VT) or Fuel Allowance * Meal Allowance (VA) of R$ 30,02 * Gympass
