Operation of logistics equipment and familiarity with systems. **Description** The **Operations Assistant** must ensure the accuracy, integrity, and traceability of all volumes throughout operations—from receiving through dispatch and exception handling—ensuring compliance with DeLuna’s processes, adherence to customers’ SLAs, and safety of personnel and cargo. **Mandatory Requirements** * Education: Completed high school. **Technical Competencies** * Basic knowledge of inventory, order picking, storage, and verification. * Understanding of inbound and outbound goods control. * Operation of simple equipment (manual pallet jack) and willingness to learn motorized equipment (forklift, electric pallet truck). * Familiarity with inventory routines and cycle counting. * Attention to safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Reading and operating RF scanners and TMS/WMS systems. * Labels, barcodes/QR codes; freight bills and transport manifests. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and ergonomics. * Digital skills: Basic navigation in systems, email, and spreadsheets (basic Excel/Google Sheets). **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Sense of urgency and operational discipline. * Organization and teamwork. * Objective and assertive communication with operations staff and drivers. * Owner mindset, ethics, and customer focus. * Adaptability to volume fluctuations and layout/process changes. * Continuous improvement mindset (Kaizen/5S). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in high-volume last-mile/e-commerce operations. * Experience in logistics verification, last-mile delivery, DSP hubs/stations, or warehousing. * Knowledge of RFID and sampling-based audits. * Basic understanding of CT-e, digital delivery receipts, and return procedures. * Experience handling special cargo (white/brown goods) and, where applicable, cold chain logistics. * Owner mindset, ethics, and customer focus. * Adaptability to volume fluctuations and layout/process changes. * Continuous improvement mindset (Kaizen/5S). * Prior experience in Distribution Centers or e-commerce operations. * Proficiency in logistics systems, WMS, spreadsheets, and control platforms. * Ensuring correct addressing, labeling, and compliance of bags/containers. * Identifying special volumes (fragile, heavy, temperature-controlled, high-value). **Responsibilities:** * Assist in vehicle loading and unloading. * Receive and verify merchandise against orders and fiscal documents. * Operate manual and electric pallet jacks. * Store and organize products following safety standards. * Pick and prepare orders for dispatch with precision. * Conduct periodic inventories for stock control. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. * Collaborate to optimize logistics processes. * Support resolution of operational incidents. * Record and report activities and incidents to the supervisor. * Verify vehicle checklists and dispatch documentation (freight bills, manifests). * Perform 100% scanning during loading (scan-out) to ensure traceability. * Monitor sealing and release within scheduled time windows (departure SLA). * Address discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages, illegible labels) with documentation and photographic evidence. * Process returns and redeliveries per reverse logistics flow. * Execute cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and reporting closure.
