




In this position, you will monitor communication links of ATMs, effectively troubleshooting issues, performing various tests on routers, and providing support to field technicians. **Responsibilities:** * Guide and support field technicians to resolve ATM communication issues; * Perform various tests on routers to ensure proper functioning of communication links; * Manage service tickets with external vendors, from opening and assigning to technicians through to closure, ensuring prioritization and SLA compliance; * Interact with internal departments to ensure process agility and resolution within SLA; * Maintain high circuit performance/availability levels through proactive management and monitoring of quality indicators; * Analyze needs and engage other responsible departments, escalating issues beyond the department’s scope for resolution; * Analyze root causes of recurring incidents and causes of availability degradation; * Continuously evaluate process improvements in the area, benchmarking against other areas to optimize processes and increase team productivity. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, from the first semester onward, in Computer Networks and/or related Telecommunications/IT fields. * Practical knowledge of router, switch, and other network device configuration; * Knowledge of TCP/IP networks; * Knowledge of mobile networks (GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G). * Desired: CCNA – Cisco Certified Network Associate. **Additional Information:** * Remuneration: 2\.824,11 (CLT); * Benefits: Meal allowance, Medical and Dental assistance, Life insurance; * Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00; * Work model: Hybrid (1 day per week at the office – Alphaville).
