Job Summary: Lead the IT team, manage activities, develop software projects, implement systems and technological innovations, and engage in IT governance and information security. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in information security and governance **SENIOR IT SUPERVISOR** Responsible for leading the IT team; assigning tasks, defining responsibilities, and ensuring deadlines are met; Create and enhance processes based on standards, policies, and guidelines to control activities within the IT department, ensuring efficiency and user support; Responsible for managing IT department activities, including developing implementation projects, process rationalization, and process redesign; Execute IT projects, such as software development, system implementation, and technological innovations; Coordinate resources and implement solutions that add business value; Develop and integrate systems aligned with the company’s strategic needs, such as cost reduction, process improvement, and increased operational efficiency; Collaborate with the company’s decision-making body to develop business strategies, identifying opportunities for adopting cutting-edge technologies; Evaluate operational technology solutions, while also engaging in IT governance and process and procedure engineering; Identify and manage incidents and issues that may arise, creating methods and tools for IT management processes; Responsible for the entire Information Security process, establishing metrics and procedures that ensure the integrity of the company’s tools and systems. **Required Education and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; Prior experience in this role; Experience in team management; Strong knowledge of software, hardware, technical support, and information security.
