Job Summary: An accounting firm is seeking a Planning Analyst to conduct data collection, monitor plans, prepare presentations, and identify process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain management systems and organize performance reports The accounting firm is seeking a Planning Analyst in Itaguaí. **Responsibilities:** Collect data and information to support planning activities. Assist in monitoring plan execution and flag deviations. Support the preparation of management presentations and documents. Assist in interfacing between departments involved in planned activities. Collaborate in identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and systems. Perform data entry and updates in management systems. Update and organize management dashboards, reports, and performance indicators. Support interdepartmental communication and ensure smooth information flow across teams. Monitor activity status with leadership and flag deviations or delays. Assist in standardizing processes and operational workflows. Tasks relevant to Planning Analyst routines. Position based in Itaguaí / RJ. Previous experience as a Strategic Planner, Planning Specialist, Planning Coordinator, or Operations Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
