Manage the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment; Conduct training sessions for team development and process alignment; Monitor and analyze performance indicators to ensure store goals are met; Administer material and financial resources, ensuring smooth operational functioning; Hold monthly team meetings for alignment, feedback, and action planning. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress preferred; Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal relationship abilities; Flexibility in working hours to accommodate retail operations; Prior experience as a Store Manager is essential.
