If this resonates with you, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Smart Commercial Assistant serves as a strategic support to the PJ (corporate) Manager in managing corporate client portfolios with annual revenue between BRL 10 million and BRL 100 million. Key responsibilities include: * **Proactively contacting clients** to collect documents, clarify questions, and provide post\-sales support. * **Monitoring operations** (onboarding, disbursements, pending items, and renewals), ensuring smoothness and quality in the customer experience. * **Supporting the manager in portfolio management**, contributing to retention, cross\-selling, and product activation. * **Collaborating with internal departments** (credit, operations, compliance, onboarding) to ensure agility and adherence to bank policies. * **Managing performance indicators and administrative routines**, maintaining up\-to\-date reports and supporting commercial rituals of the platform. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Preferences:** * Prior experience in customer service (telephone); * Experience handling invoices, financial products, guarantees, installment settlements, and finance-related activities (Middle Market segment); * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields; * Dynamic; * Solution\-oriented; * Prior experience as an assistant in financial institutions; * CPA\-10, CPA\-20, or CEA certification is a plus. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Newborn Assistance; * Wedding Assistance; * Daycare/Babysitter Assistance; * Birthday Bonus; * Apoio Pass; * Gym Partnership; * Transportation Allowance; * Profit\-Sharing Program (PLR); * Annual Bonus.
