Customer service focused on caring and welcoming care Responsibilities and Duties About the Position: * Register tests; * Perform home-based collection of biological samples (blood, secretions, etc.) and vaccines; * Receive samples in the system; * Support nursing staff and technical team; * Provide test-related guidance; * Serve customers; * Prepare and dispatch materials to the technical center. To transform healthcare, you must: * Hold a qualification in: Nursing Assistant or Nursing Technician; * Have experience with venipuncture and vaccination; * Possess Vaccination Administration Certification.
