Responsibilities: * Work closely with the company's main Quality area processes; * Analyze and lead strategies to complete action plans; * Support the management of area projects; * Assist in process mapping, formatting of manuals, procedures, and work instructions; * Lead activities related to certifications: SASSMAQ, ISO 9001, and ISO 39801. Other requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in quality management, engineering, or related fields; * Availability for travel; * Experience in transportation companies will be considered a plus.
