If you want to work for a multinational, diverse company that truly values its people, this opportunity is for you! **We currently have an opening for a Coordinator position and seek professionals with passion, commitment, people orientation, and the following skills:** **Responsibilities and Duties** The candidate will work in a highly dynamic environment, primarily supporting the following activities: * Responsible for managing acetylene production, cylinder filling, and cylinder maintenance—including calcium carbide transfer operations. * Responsible for managing industrial gas cylinder filling operations. * Lead cylinder-filling operators and develop leadership capabilities within these areas. * Responsible for controlling and monitoring operator training programs in the area. * Ensure cylinder-filling processes comply with internal operational procedures, ABNT standards, and quality requirements. * Plan production and monitor execution against targets. * Update and manage area KPIs, as well as visual management practices. * Monitor and report resource consumption for production purposes, and analyze production data entry via SAP. * Drive improvements in production processes, update procedures, and conduct operator training. * Develop suppliers of raw materials and inputs. * Monitor calcium carbide yield and assess performance of domestic and imported raw materials. * Ensure safe, efficient, and procedure-compliant movement and transfer of calcium carbide from drums to containers. * Promote productivity projects related to efficiency, safety, and customer service. * Support integrated management system audits and customer audits, tracking corrective actions through Green Legis. * Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan plant shutdowns for preventive maintenance. * Collaborate with the environmental team for waste control and disposal. * Manage mandatory training and safety requirements for the area. * Work synergistically with planning, distribution, and procurement teams to meet demand in an optimized manner. * Ensure product and service quality by guaranteeing compliance with established standards and regulations. * Analyze and optimize production costs, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and implement measures to improve operational efficiency. * Control inventories of full and empty cylinders through rotating and annual stock counts, ensuring inventory accuracy in coordination with the Asset Management and Procurement teams. * Implement quality improvement initiatives and tools to ensure branch productivity. * Ensure all employees and third-party personnel under their supervision meet minimum competency requirements for assigned tasks, through training on applicable standards and procedures. * Promote safety and quality culture among all employees and service providers at the site, applying Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), checklists, training sessions, and enforcing and communicating the Golden Rules. * Adhere to HSEQ policies and corporate objectives and those of their respective processes. * Influence employees to broaden their understanding of processes and adopt a risk-aware mindset for the organization. * Encourage team members to contribute to continuous improvement projects linked to the Integrated Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree or technology diploma in Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. Intermediate Excel proficiency; SAP knowledge (desirable); Power BI knowledge (desirable).
