Professional development within an industrial environment An opportunity for professionals who enjoy technical challenges and delivering real operational impact! **** We are looking for a professional to manage, operate, and improve critical utility and energy systems, with strong expertise in industrial environments. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Ensure execution of the Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP), guaranteeing equipment reliability and adherence to established deadlines. * Provide technical support within your area of specialization (Automation, Electroelectronics, or Mechanical Engineering), performing diagnostics, interventions, and technical support to production. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, analyzing failures, root causes, and proposing continuous improvements to equipment and processes. * Conduct procedures, identifying operational deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement, reporting observed issues to the Team Leader. * Manage work orders in the system, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and traceable records of all interventions performed. * Respond to production requests via service calls, alarms, and telephone contact, prioritizing critical incidents and minimizing line stoppage impacts. * Ensure adherence to scheduled maintenance timelines, adopting a proactive approach to prevent delays and recurrence of failures. * Participate in daily meetings with the Team Leader, contributing technical information, activity status updates, and maintenance performance indicators. * Prepare incident reports, line stoppage reports, and shift reports, ensuring clarity of information and supporting decision-making. * Apply and promote the 5S methodology, contributing to workplace organization, standardization, and safety. * Actively participate in the company’s Safety Program, complying with and promoting safe norms, procedures, and practices in the workplace. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Completed technical course in Electromechanics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Automation; * Residency in Porto Real, Resende, Barra Mansa, or Volta Redonda/RJ; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria; Chartered transportation; Health and dental insurance plans; Profit-sharing and results-based bonuses; And more.
