Support in inventory organization and packaging assembly Culinary Internship – Barra da Tijuca The intern will support the kitchen team in food preparation, participating in cleaning, cutting, assembly, and recipe execution stages. They will also assist in product packaging, vegetable and other ingredient selection—removing damaged parts—and proper storage. Additionally, they will support inventory organization, packaging assembly, refrigerator temperature monitoring, label application, and learning health surveillance regulations.
