Main Responsibilities As a Sales Consultant, your responsibilities include: - Providing customer service and actively prospecting clients (in-person, by phone, or via WhatsApp); - Executing consultative sales of financial products, including: Payroll-deductible loans; Payroll-deductible credit cards; Personal loans; Insurance; FGTS birthday withdrawal advance; - Conducting credit simulations and analyses to present the best solution for each customer; - Supporting customers throughout the entire process — from initial contact to credit disbursement; - Enhancing customer portfolio retention and maintenance; - Working with performance targets and KPIs. Requirements - Completed high school education; - Strong verbal and written communication skills; - Commercial mindset, proactivity, and results orientation; - Ability to interact effectively with customers and work under pressure; - Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and accountability; - Basic computer literacy; - Residence near Belford Roxo. We do not engage in credit assignment.
