




Construction Planning Analyst **Job Summary and Company:** A national company in the civil construction sector, operating under a B2B model and focused on retail, commercial, and corporate construction projects, is seeking a professional to work in the Construction Planning area. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and monitor the entire construction workflow, from demand intake through to final delivery. * Support budget preparation by conducting quantity take-offs, defining and revising scope for submission and client approval. * Participate in construction kick-off meetings and monitor execution, including on-site inspections. * Provide technical and operational support to contractors, ensuring alignment with the defined plan. * Control construction schedules, costs, measurements, and productivity. * Monitor material release and delivery, ensuring adherence to the project schedule. * Maintain constant interface with internal departments such as procurement, finance, administration, and warehouse. * Prepare management reports for monitoring and supporting management decision-making. * Work across multiple concurrent construction fronts, ensuring organization, timely delivery, and quality of outputs. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Construction. * Experience in construction planning, monitoring, and control—preferably in retail, commercial, or corporate projects. * Experience in budgeting, quantity take-offs, and schedule and cost control. * Willingness to travel and work on-site at construction sites. * Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills and capacity for self-management.
