Responsibilities and Duties * Valid Brazilian Driver’s License (Category B); * Windows 10 or later; * Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IP concepts; * Remote access; * Office 365; * Software installation; * Printer configuration; * Knowledge of user accounts in Active Directory and file server mapping; * Customer service experience; * Experience logging incidents via an ITSM tool; * Foundational ITIL knowledge.
