If you are an **organized, proactive, detail-oriented** individual who enjoys working in a structured environment, this opportunity may be ideal for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service via telephone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring fast and friendly support * Issuance, verification, and dispatch of documents * Support for the brokerage’s administrative routines * Data entry, updating, and organization of information in the system * Support for commercial and operational departments **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail * Proficiency in using computers and digital tools **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in an insurance brokerage * Experience with administrative routines and customer service **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday * From **8:30 AM to 12:00 PM**, and from **1:30 PM to 6:00 PM** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.576,60 – R$2.491,81 per month Work Location: On-site
