




Job Summary: We are seeking a psychopedagogue to develop and implement psychopedagogical strategies focused on learning and the development of cognitive, emotional, and social skills in children and adolescents, especially those with neurodiversity. Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and parental guidance. **We seek a psychopedagogue** holding a degree in Psychology and a postgraduate qualification in Psychopedagogy to join our team. The professional will be responsible for developing and implementing psychopedagogical strategies focused on learning and the development of cognitive, emotional, and social skills in the children and adolescents served. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Conduct psychopedagogical assessments of children and adolescents diagnosed with neurodiversity (primarily ASD). Develop personalized psychopedagogical intervention plans based on each patient’s individual needs. Apply differentiated teaching strategies to foster the development of cognitive, academic, and social skills. Monitor patients’ progress and adjust interventions as needed. Collaborate, when necessary, with the clinic’s team to align clinical approaches and share patient-related information. Guide parents and caregivers by providing feedback regarding patients’ progress and adaptation, with emphasis on strategies for continuing treatment at home. Prepare periodic follow-up and progress reports for patients. Proven experience in psychopedagogical practice, preferably with children and adolescents with neurodiversity. Experience with ABA therapy, early intervention, or other specific methods for supporting individuals with ASD is desirable. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and strong communication skills with parents, patients, and other clinic professionals. Knowledge of school inclusion practices and differentiated teaching strategies is desirable.
