Leadership and team development **The professional will be responsible for:** * Managing contract planning and cost control to ensure adherence to the planned budget, as well as optimizing processes that contribute to reducing time and cost while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction; * Selecting, training, and monitoring individual and team performance to ensure completion of activities required to achieve the objectives defined in the contract scope. **Requirements:** Minimum experience in a leadership role in Restoration and Retrofit construction projects; **Advanced Excel and Project.
