Join us in driving this change—we believe in the power of every individual to generate transformation! * Guide, provide technical support for, and supervise the execution of required services, including those performed by third-party contractors, in accordance with internal and technical specifications (e.g., fraud detection or anomalies); * Interact with customers directly in the field—negotiate with delinquent accounts and conduct property registration updates through on-site inspections, fulfilling received service orders (SOs); * Ensure compliance by third-party companies with requirements regarding use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE), through supervision and daily safety dialogues (DDS); * Inspect, address, and report detected fraud cases in the field, using photographs and service orders; * Develop expansion, relocation, and water network replacement projects based on field verification of fraud occurrences; * Conduct meter readings in the cities of Miguel Pereira and Paty do Alferes. * Carry out activities related to fraud prevention and supervision. * Perform service suspension and reconnection operations. * All activities will be carried out in the cities of Miguel Pereira and Paty do Alferes. * Operate company vehicles to perform tasks in external environments, reporting any incidents while ensuring safety, adherence to traffic regulations, and proper vehicle maintenance. * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). 25120702021977717
