Join us in driving this transformation! **Work Location:** Miguel Pereira, RJ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assess workplace environmental conditions; coordinate activities of the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), Fire Brigade, safety and occupational health procedures; develop and deliver various training programs; * Issue personal protective equipment (PPE) records for new hires, monitor expiration dates, ensure proper usage, and conduct safety onboarding; * Analyze and investigate causes of occupational accidents; examine incident rates in operations jointly with supervision; identify effective control/prevention measures; * Participate in safety meetings with clients and service providers to exchange safety-related information, define joint action strategies, present monthly safety performance, and propose improvement measures based on achieved results; * Inform supervisors about existing workplace hazards; conduct risk analyses of processes; propose improvement measures and necessary actions to management to eliminate and/or reduce risks to acceptable levels; * Develop occupational safety and health procedures to standardize activities, operations, and communication, ensuring safe practices for all employees; assess workplace environmental conditions, identify serious and imminent hazards, and intervene directly with employees and their managers to implement immediate control measures; * Promote discussions, events, campaigns, and lectures aimed at disseminating and motivating employees to comply with occupational safety and health regulations; update internal procedures in accordance with Regulatory Standards (NRs), ensuring compliance with current legislation; drive company vehicles when required for external service assignments, observing traffic safety rules and regulations. * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical Education Technical Education in Occupational Safety Desirable: Knowledge of NRs, preferably NR-10, NR-35, and NR-33.
