Join our team as a Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator! Key Responsibilities* Plan and execute maintenance strategies to maximize equipment availability and reliability. * Manage teams and resources, ensuring schedules and technical excellence. * Develop and control the annual maintenance budget, always seeking optimal cost-benefit ratios. * Analyze recurring failures and propose innovative solutions to prevent unplanned downtime. * Participate in expansion projects, renovations, and acquisition of new equipment, ensuring cost reduction and continuous improvement. * Develop suppliers and optimize spare parts and materials inventory, ensuring agility and standardization. * Promote safety and environmental preservation practices, and develop and train the team for high performance. Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance (crushers, mills, screens, pumps, conveyor belts, kilns). * Experience in people management and cost control. * Familiarity with improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Green Belt). * Knowledge of SAP system. * English language proficiency is desirable.
