**Responsibilities:** * Supervise geotechnical drilling activities in the field; * Assign tasks to the team, ensuring adherence to schedules and technical standards; * Monitor service execution in accordance with technical standards and project specifications; * Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE); * Control productivity, field logs, and field reports; * Support the technical team in interpreting drilling results; * Ensure workplace safety and compliance with good environmental practices; * Report any deviations, risks, or maintenance needs to coordination. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in drilling (SPT, rotary, combined, or similar); * Experience leading field teams; * Availability for fieldwork and travel. **Desirable:** * Technical course in Construction, Mining, or related fields; * Driver’s license category B; * Knowledge of geotechnical project and report interpretation.
