Join us in driving this transformation! **Work Location:** Miguel Pereira, RJ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, monitor, and update sanitation project planning for the State of Rio de Janeiro, ensuring compliance with scope, deadlines, budget, and applicable regulatory standards. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and CapEx budget control, supporting economic and financial feasibility analyses, including IRR and NPV. * Support implementation and maintenance of project control and monitoring systems, ensuring continuous physical and financial progress tracking of construction works using tools such as Power BI, MS Project, and SAP. * Develop, update, and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the concession’s Business Plan, ensuring alignment with contractual, regulatory, and strategic objectives. * Prepare management reports, performance analyses, and monitoring dashboards, providing technical inputs to support decision-making and continuous improvement of planning processes. * Work on basic sanitation and infrastructure projects, including expansion of water supply networks, expansion of sanitary sewer networks, Water Treatment Plants (WTPs), and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs), ensuring technical compliance and consistency in planning information. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Sanitary and Environmental Engineering, or related fields * Active CREA registration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in sanitation projects (water and sewage); Experience in planning. * **Desired Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience with Power BI, MS Project, SAP, EPANET, AutoCAD, WaterGEMS, and SewerGEMS; Valid and permanent Category V driver’s license. * At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to foster an ethical and inclusive culture at all times.
