Troubleshooting in hybrid environments. **About the Company:** An information technology company specializing in IT services and consulting, located in downtown Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** * Fortinet firewall (FortiGate) administration: rules, policies, site-to-site and client VPNs; * Implementation and maintenance of VPNs, security policies, and access control; * Infrastructure incident monitoring and response; * Continuous review and improvement of security policies; * Microsoft Azure (IaaS) environment administration: VMs, virtual networks, NSGs, and security; * Infrastructure monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana, or similar tools); * Troubleshooting in hybrid environments; * Support for operational routine automation (PowerShell, Bash); * Documentation and continuous improvement of the environment. **Requirements:** * Practical experience with FortiGate: rule creation and management, VPNs, and policies; * Knowledge of Azure IaaS: VMs, virtual networks, security groups; * Solid networking foundation: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN; * Experience in infrastructure incident monitoring and response; * Ability to independently perform troubleshooting in hybrid environments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications: AZ-104, Fortinet NSE4+, CCNA, Security+; * Experience with task automation (PowerShell, Bash); * Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments; * Familiarity with MikroTik and UniFi; * Experience with AI tools applied to IT operations (AIOps, log analysis, intelligent automation); **Salary:** Negotiable **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance + Meal Allowance (R$770.00/month) + Health Insurance **Work Location:** Downtown Rio de Janeiro **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Employment Type:** CLT Payment: R$1.00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * Which neighborhood do you live in, and how long does it take to reach downtown Rio de Janeiro? * Do you have hands-on experience with FortiGate: rule creation and management, VPNs, and policies?
