




Create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn), with a focus on community growth and engagement. - Develop and execute weekly campaigns, including creating posts using editing tools such as Canva, MLabs, and ChatGPT. - Conduct research on topics relevant to our target audience, applying this information to develop creative and compelling content. - Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and posts. Requirements: - Permanent residence in Campinas – SP. - Availability to work in a hybrid mode (in-person and remote). - Personal equipment for performing the job (computer with internet access and required software). - In-depth knowledge and proficiency with video editing tools, Canva, MLabs, and other relevant tools for digital content creation. - Familiarity with and experience in social media management. - Creativity, proactivity, and excellent communication skills. Selection Process: To participate in the selection process, submission of a test project is required, consisting of: - Residential and commercial Reels targeting audience segments A and B. - And create 1 post. Use Canva for image design. - Posts must be creative, engaging, and relevant to our community, aiming to increase engagement.
