Hard Skills: 01\- Solid knowledge of computer and laptop assembly and maintenance. 02\- Solid knowledge of network infrastructure: * LAN, MAN, and WAN. * VPN, Router, Switch, and Hubs. * Structured cabling. * Network sharing. * Active Directory (AD). * Network mapping. * Network server. 03\- Knowledge of Cloud (GCP and Drive): * Cloud-based data and file sharing. 04 \- Knowledge of backup management and data encryption. * Windows Server (Windows Backup Server). Soft Skills: 01\- Proactive problem-solving. 02\- Organized in network structuring (on-premises and cloud). 03 \- Concern for company data—understanding that data is everything: purchases, sales, company files, money.
