With an **antifragile** mindset, capable of benefiting from the various challenges inherent in this role. **Join the \#TimeNefroClinicas team** **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday \- 44 hours per week **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** On-site Responsibilities: * Support the onboarding process for new employees, providing assistance to ensure their proper integration. * Present reports and recommendations to managers regarding the most qualified candidates for each position. * Conduct exit interviews. * Promote job opportunities across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, universities, and employment agencies. * Draft job descriptions and requirements for job postings. * Manage recruitment and selection performance metrics. * Liaise with unit leaders to align on candidate profiles. * Stay updated on recruitment and selection trends and best practices, continuously improving departmental processes. * Plan and execute recruitment and selection processes according to company needs and open position requirements. * Administer tests, group dynamics, and psychological assessments, as needed. * Conduct in-person or videoconference interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical and behavioral competencies. * Process benefits enrollment for new hires. * Screen received resumes and perform initial candidate evaluations to verify alignment with basic position requirements. **Do you identify with this profile?
