The **Customer Success** department’s mission is to ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes with the bank’s products and services, thereby strengthening relationships built on trust, proximity, and partnership. We operate consultatively, supporting customers throughout their entire journey—from application submission through registration and final contract execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the customer’s consultative point of contact, ensuring a positive experience across the entire journey; * Fully oversee the process—from application submission through registration and final contract execution; * Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions aligned with both customer expectations and bank policies; * Monitor deadlines and process stages, maintaining clear, concise, and proactive communication with all involved parties; * Establish and strengthen relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and partnership; * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure process quality and compliance; * Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer journey by suggesting adjustments and initiatives that enhance satisfaction and outcomes. Requirements: **What We Look For In You:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields (in progress or completed); * Prior experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Relationship Management, or After-Sales is a plus; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and solution-oriented mindset; * Analytical ability to monitor customer indicators and metrics. ✨ Familiarity with CRM and relationship management tools is a plus.
